About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Help with screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
2. Assist with the onboarding process of new employees.
3. Maintain employee data and update personal files.
4. Track attendance and leaves.
5. Organize employee events and activities.
6. Handle basic employee queries.
7. Ensure company policies are followed.
8. Help with updating and communicating HR policies.
9. Work with the payroll to process salaries accurately.
10. Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day tasks and employee issues.
