4. Coordinate and manage the hiring process, including making job offers and onboarding new hires
5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
6. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management and employee relations
7. Analyze data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
