Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all materials and information needed to start successfully.
Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage HR documentation.
Administrative Support: Organize files, manage office supplies, keep track of inventory records, and handle general office tasks.
Employee Assistance: Answer employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Courier Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule couriers for smooth and timely delivery and pickup of couriers.
Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years in an HR or administrative role.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Excel and office management tools is a plus.
