As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, as well as excellent English proficiency both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
2. Handling employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4. Managing employee relations and providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
5. Maintain Petty Cash
