Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
2. Organize birthdays, work anniversaries, and festival celebrations
3. Maintain attendance and travel details of the marketing team
4. Implement performance review procedures and manage employee performance
5. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employee compliance
6. Oversee daily HR department operations
7. Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
8. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software

Requirements and Skills:

1. Computer literacy, especially in MS Office applications
2. Demonstrated leadership abilities
3. Strong communication skills
4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize projects
5. Proficient in phone, email, and in-person communication
6. Graduation or post-graduation in BBA, B.Com, or MBA
