Key responsibilities:
1. Handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle of the company
2. Coordinating with the stake holders and the top level management for effective hiring
3. Sourcing profiles from job portals
4. Driving consultants for making funnel for the zone
Requirements:
1. Any graduate with prior experience in bulk hiring (BFSI / Non IT) can apply
2. Should have a good communication skill
3. Should be a team player to contribute for the growth of the company by providing the right resource
4. Should be able to handle multiple vendors
5. Should be interested in Life Insurance industry

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
