Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment for requisitions of BMcD
2. Design, develop, and execute sourcing strategies to identify the top talent
3. Using Taleo for Resume screening and shortlisting
4. Searching for profiles on LinkedIn for projects assigned to LinkedIn Recruiter
5. Handling the US hiring database and moving resumes as per their specifications
6. Responsible for Internal hiring as and when required
7. Working on applicant tracking systems and Internet-based sourcing tools is required
8. Communicating with the US HR team as per the work requirement
9. Maintain and share knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices
