Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles, ensuring alignment with job specifications
2. Create and post job advertisements on internal/external job boards and social media platforms
3. Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates.
4. Understand departmental hiring needs and draft job descriptions while ensuring the best candidate fit
5. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to extend offers, negotiate salary, and finalize hiring agreements
6. Promote the company's culture and employer brand to attract top talent
7. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, sourcing channels, and time-to-hire statistics
