As a Human Resources (HR) Executive at Connell India, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our HR functions. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your proficiency in English (spoken and written) will be crucial in communicating effectively with employees and management. Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will also be essential in handling various HR tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. Managing employee records and ensuring accurate documentation of all HR-related activities.
3. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
5. Coordinating employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
6. Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations to ensure a fair and safe work environment.
