Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, understand job requirements, and develop job descriptions
2. Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, and referrals to identify and attract qualified IT professionals
3. Review resumes and applications, screen candidates based on job requirements, and evaluate their suitability for specific roles
4. Conduct thorough interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate candidates' abilities to perform job-related tasks
5. Coordinate technical assessments and evaluations as required by hiring managers
6. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, facilitate interview processes and gather feedback for candidate evaluation
7. Collaborate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions, extend job offers, and negotiate terms of employment
8. Ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates by providing necessary onboarding information and support
