1. Contact candidates, employees, and external partners for recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related activities
2. Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
3. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other databases
4. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of data entered
5. Prepare and manage HR reports, including attendance, leave, and performance data
6. Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparation of documentation and scheduling orientation sessions
7. Support HR initiatives and programs such as employee engagement activities and compliance training
8. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
