Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
3. Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing grievances
4. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
5. Handle payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees
6. Maintain HR records and generate reports using MS-Excel to provide insights for decision-making
7. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention
