About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Finding resumes by job posting and referencing
2. Screening resumes and checking the Skill sets of the candidates
3. Conducting interview rounds to check the communication skills and the eligibility of the candidates
4. Briefing the candidates for the interview rounds
5. Helping them place at the client location
6. Being a helping hand to the candidates and meeting the client requirements
7. Acting as a middle man between the client and the candidate

Salary

Probation:

2. Variable pay: ₹ 500 - 15,000 /year
