Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
2. Managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
5. Coordinating training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities
6. Handling payroll and benefits administration, including processing employee compensation and benefits packages
7. Providing support to the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR operations and performance
