1. Conducting recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
2. Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
3. Overseeing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
4. Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
5. Managing employee benefits and payroll administration.
6. Utilizing MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word for data analysis and reporting.
7. Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
