As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in implementing innovative HR strategies to attract top talent and enhance our employer branding. If you are proficient in Canva, LinkedIn marketing, blue collar recruitment, HR branding, and MS Excel, and have excellent spoken English skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing HR branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
2. Utilizing Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing recruitment materials.
3. Managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns to enhance our employer brand and reach a wider audience.
4. Implementing effective recruitment strategies for both white-collar and technical positions.
5. Utilizing MS-Excel for data analysis and reporting to drive HR decision-making.
6. Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
7. Monitoring and improving HR processes to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
8. Implementing effective recruitment strategies for blue-collar positions, as this will be a major focus of the role, in addition to white-collar and technical positions.
