Job Summary: Seeking an HR Executive to join our team. Responsible for finding and screening candidates for various positions. Will work closely with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
2. Daily cold callings/emails.
3. Source candidates through online platforms and networking.
4. Review resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews.
5. Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
6. Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
7. Maintain candidate records and stay updated on recruitment trends.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
2. Previous experience in recruitment.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Knowledge of employment laws and HR software.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Any Graduate/MBA HR preferred & 0-1 years of Industry experience.
2. Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed.
