Human Resources (HR) Fresher Job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with accurate information.
4. Assisting with performance management processes, such as setting up performance appraisal meetings and tracking employee goals.
5. Supporting HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
6. Assisting with payroll and benefits administration, including resolving employee queries and issues.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
