Job Role : HR Assistant - Fresher
Job Location- Surat.

Key Responsibilities;
Understand the hiring requirement from different department and initiate the
action to close the position within timeline.
Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media, Participate in
candidate sourcing efforts
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
Conduct initial phone screens
Schedule calls and interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring
managers
Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
Initiate job offer, Joining formality, and HR induction to new joinees
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
Actively support HR function in all HR and admin related activities
Any additional responsibilities assigned time to time

Key Skill Require;
Graduate with good communication skill
Good team player
Positive attitude and willing to work in pressure.
