Human Resources (HR) Manager Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & talent acquisition:
- Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

3. Employee relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and conduct regular feedback sessions.

2. Performance management:
- Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Guide managers on performance-related issues and best practices.

3. Training & development:
- Assess training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure successful integration.

4. Compensation & benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and market analyses to inform compensation strategies.

5. Compliance & policy management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.

6. Data management & reporting:
- Maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends.
Prepare regular reports on HR activities and present findings to senior management.

7. Diversity & inclusion:
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating programs that promote a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace.
