12. Develop and implement performance management systems to assess trainer effectiveness
13. Provide constructive feedback and support professional development opportunities for trainers
14. Develop and update HR policies by legal requirements and organizational needs
15. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping the organization informed and aligned
16. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand industry trends and tailor training programs accordingly
17. Collaborate with the placement team to align training outcomes with job opportunities
