Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy
2. Manage recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
3. Support business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital
4. Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
5. Ensure legal compliance in HR management
6. Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures
7. Promote a positive working environment and company culture
8. Manage performance appraisal process and guide performance management
9. Maintain accurate employee records
10. Stay updated with HR trends and best practices

Requirements:

1. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master s degree preferred
2. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive
3. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
5. Strong decision-making abilities
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
8. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
9. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
10. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
