Key responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and other creative channels
2. Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
3. Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
4. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate's fit for the role and company culture
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
6. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
7. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
