Responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and hiring processes including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Provide support with employee onboarding and orientation
3. Perform additional HR-related tasks as needed
4. Coordinate training, assist in material development, and track employee development
5. Assist in ensuring company policies are communicated and adhered to by employees
6. Provide administrative assistance to the HR department
7. Support in handling employee inquiries and assist in resolving minor HR-related issues
