6. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data
7. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
8. Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes
9. Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression of the company
10. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate departments as needed
11. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
12. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings efficiently
