Human Resources (HR) Specialist Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
2. Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
3. Screening incoming resumes and application forms.
4. Interviewing candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
5. Advertising job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
6. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
7. Sending job offer emails and answering queries about compensation and benefits.
8. Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs.
9. Acting as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
2. Experience with sourcing techniques.
3. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
