Human Resources (HR) Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand and interpret job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (job portals, social media, LinkedIn, etc.)
3. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) effectively
4. Create engaging recruitment emails to attract passive candidates
5. Screen incoming resumes and applications
6. Advertise job openings on careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
7. Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates

Requirements:
