Human Resources (HR) Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top-tier candidates
2. Utilize your excellent English proficiency in spoken and written communication to effectively interact with candidates, employees, and other stakeholders
3. Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
6. Utilize your expertise in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word to create reports, analyze data, and streamline HR processes
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote positive company culture, foster employee development, and drive organizational success
