We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Specialist to focus on talent acquisition for key positions and ongoing people management. This role is crucial for building and maintaining high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including online platforms, networking, and agency partnerships.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics
2. People Management:
- Support employee onboarding and integration.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters.
- Contribute to performance management processes.
- Conduct employee training and engagement activities at regular intervals.
- Assist with employee development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Create and maintain the company culture charter that encourages harmony and growth among team players.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for key positions.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proactive and results-driven.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

We work with the biggest retail brands in India and have presence all marketplaces. Presently managing 2 in house brands spread across 5 warehouses across India and scaling faster.
