Human Resources (HR) Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Process bi-monthly payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
2. Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
3. Maintain payroll records and documentation
4. Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
5. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers
6. Onboard new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed
7. Conduct orientation and training programs for new employees
8. Manage employee inquiries and concerns
9. Handle disciplinary actions and investigations
10. Maintain employee files and records
11. Assist with performance management and employee development
12. Ensure compliance with applicable benefits laws and regulations
13. Assist with various HR projects and initiatives
14. Maintain employee databases and records
15. Prepare HR reports and analyses
16. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role with a focus on payroll administration
3. Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations
4. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
