The candidates will be on a contract of 1 year and will be extendable based on performance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Checking if accesses are deactivated for all exited employees
2. Marking exit for off-roll employees
3. Sending manual resignation acceptance letter and service certificate to exited employees as per criteria
4. Following up for sign-offs to be done with stakeholders and preparing FNF report to the payroll team
5. Solving queries of ex-employees and HRBP's regarding the FNF, experience letter
6. Solving HRSC tickets
7. Working on ex-employment & loan verification emails
8. Working on experience letter verification
9. Sending daily reports
1. Bachelors in HR specialization or any relevant field
2. Analytical & competitive mindset
3. Handled core HR operations work
