ID Coordinator Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Assist in the development and management of project schedules and timelines. Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects. Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
2. Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the design process. Schedule and attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring follow-up on action items. Assist in presenting design concepts and proposals to clients.
3. Design Support: Aid in the development of design concepts and layouts. Prepare and update design documentation, including drawings, renderings, and material boards. Research furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to support design proposals.
4. Material and Vendor Management: Source and order materials, furnishings, and accessories. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate deliveries and installations, ensuring quality and timeliness.
5. Administrative Duties: Maintain organized project files and documentation. Assist with budgeting and cost tracking for design projects. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Working Conditions:

1. Full-time position with potential for overtime based on project needs.
2. Combination of office work and site visits.
3. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site inspections.
