Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the development and quality assurance teams during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase.
2. Conduct in-person or offline tutoring sessions for internal and external users.
3. Create tutoring materials, including videos, guides, and FAQs, to assist users in adapting to new implementations.
4. Provide end-to-end support during the implementation phase to ensure a seamless transition.
5. Gather feedback from users, address issues, and communicate necessary improvements to the development team.
