We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for a domestic process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of a domestic customer service process.
Resolve customer queries and provide information effectively over the phone.
Ensure accurate documentation of calls and issues.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during customer interactions.
Address customer complaints or escalations in a timely manner.
Follow process guidelines to meet performance targets and KPIs.

Working days
Working days: 6 days in a week
