About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Engagement: Actively manage and respond to leads from IndiaMART. Understand client needs through effective communication and build strong relationships.
2. Lead Nurturing: Regularly follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and advance them through the sales funnel.
3. Product Demonstration: Confidently demonstrate and present our product range to potential clients, emphasizing features and benefits relevant to the wholesaler and distributor market.
4. Sales Closure: Skilfully negotiate and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
5. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to suggest necessary changes in strategies or products.
6. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer interactions, and sales, and report to the Sales Manager as required.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and sales strategies.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
