About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage with potential nominees for the awards, explaining the benefits and process of participation
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem, including innovators, enterprises, academic institutions, and industry associations.
3. Secure sponsorships and partnerships by presenting tailored proposals that highlight the value and visibility opportunities associated with the awards.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the mission and impact of the Aegis Graham Bell Awards.
5. Attend and represent the awards at industry events, conferences, and seminars, enhancing visibility and networking with potential nominees and sponsors.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets related to nominations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
7. Provide feedback from the market to the awards committee to help shape the categories, criteria, and overall strategy of the awards.
