1. Make audio calls to understand and address the main concerns of patients, ensuring complete comprehension of each case
2. Explain the treatment process, highlighting its benefits and suitability for the patient
3. Perform consultative and collaborative selling of the 'mySmilist Invisible Aligner System' to patients when applicable
4. Coordinate with the Operations team for scanning procedures
5. Collaborate with the Clinical team on teeth assessment and planned treatments via video calls
6. Convert patients to purchase the treatment plan and manage payment coordination
7. Build and provide a best-in-class customer experience, addressing any teeth-specific queries
8. Solve consumer/patient problems and manage any operations-related activities as needed
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
1. 6 months to 1 year of firsthand experience in Inside Sales (Freshers are also eligible)
2. A medical background, especially Dentists with 0-2 years of experience, will be an added advantage
3. Experience in consultative selling and understanding consumer needs
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with clear communication abilities
5. Experience in engaging and influencing prospective consumers
6. Comfort with a digital ecosystem, as we are a digital-led, D2C setup
7. Self-starter mentality, comfortable in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
