Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and cold-calling potential clients to promote our legal services. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently to identify opportunities and convert them into qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong understanding of the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the client base.
Call existing clients to discuss and facilitate the renewal of their intellectual property rights.
Develop a deep understanding of our IPR services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients and prospects.
Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's legal services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure they move through the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Graduation & above.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
