Inside Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound calls.
2. Reaching out to the assigned leads over the phone promptly.
3. Helping the customers understand the product, answer their questions, and suggest how our product could help them.
4. Facilitating product demonstrations.
5. Converting and driving sales to meet targets.
6. Documenting all pertinent customer information and conversations in CRM.

Salary and Incentives:

1. Fixed pay: Up to 32K + 5-10K variable based on target achievement.
2. On-the-job training on how to sell & market software (SaaS) products.
