Inside Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating business and booking appointments
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, provide product information, answer queries, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner
3. Maintain a detailed record of all calls made and received using our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, track progress, and update customer information as necessary
6. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel to maintain and update sales performance reports, customer databases, and other related records
