About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Pick the leads from the B2B portal and call to understand the product specification
2. Ensure 20-30 calls are connected per day
3. Manage CRM
4. Generate invoice
5. Follow up for payments
6. Take feedback calls

Requirements:

1. Experienced female candidate with 6 months to 2 years of work experience
2. Qualification: Any graduate/postgraduate with good verbal communication in Hindi

Note:

1. The candidate should be comfortable in Hindi.
2. Start the day before 9 am to pick up the early leads and call them to understand their product requirements.
3. Note down the product requirements and pass it on to the field sales agents if it match our manufacturing process
4. Fields sales agents will meet the client, and take the orders
5. You ll record the orders in the CRM
6. The product will be manufactured in the factory and once it is ready, you will create the invoice
7. Follow-up clients on payment due date for the payment
8. Feedback call after delivery of the products
9. Once a week visit the factory to collect the purchase bills and manage the inventory

Desired candidate profile:

Soft-spoken female candidate with a go-getter attitude who loves talking over the phone.
Strong analytical skills to interpret client s requirements
Good at Verbal communication in Hindi
Shift Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 PM
6 days working, Sunday off
Job Location: Noida
