Inside Sales Executive Fresher Job

The inside sales executive will generate new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires experience in tech sales, particularly ERP solutions. Experience in the travel industry or travel project experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business through various channels.
2. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry trends.
5. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
6. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Occasionally travel to meet clients or attend events.
9. Management of account relationships and statements.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in tech sales or ERP solutions.
2. Experience in the travel industry or travel project experience is a plus.
3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
4. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
