We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level role where the right candidate will be expected to be self-driven and a hustler who can do whatever it takes to generate leads, engage potential customers, and close deals. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and expand Neuralens' market presence.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prospect & Qualify Leads: Identify and engage decision-makers at enterprise brands and agencies through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
2. Sales Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
3. Discovery & Consultation: Understand the prospect's pain points and present Neuralens' AI-driven solutions to address their business challenges.
4. Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting and tracking opportunities in the CRM.
5. Product Demos & Pitches: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of enterprise customers.
6. Deal Negotiation & Closure: Drive deals to closure by negotiating terms, handling objections, and ensuring seamless onboarding.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales messaging and customer engagement strategies.
8. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-3 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in e-commerce, AI, or automation solutions.
Sales Skills: Strong drive to exceed targets and build relationships with enterprise clients.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital catalog management, or AI-driven automation is a plus.
