Inside Sales Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from interested sellers across India
2. Respond promptly to queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels
3. Guide potential sellers through the platform's registration process, providing clear instructions and support
4. Conduct online guided sessions using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or AnyDesk to assist sellers in completing their registration
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, ensuring they feel supported throughout the onboarding process
6. Understand sellers' needs and provide personalized solutions to ensure successful registration
7. Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into registrations
8. Maintain a high conversion rate by addressing sellers' concerns and ensuring satisfaction
9. Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, progress, and feedback using CRM tools or spreadsheets
10. Collaborate with other departments to resolve seller issues or escalate concerns when necessary
11. Gather and report seller feedback to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement in the registration process
12. Contribute to the development of strategies to attract and onboard more sellers effectively

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Possess prior experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or customer relationship management (preferred)
3. Demonstrate knowledge of multi-vendor marketplaces or e-commerce platforms (added advantage)
