Inside Sales Trainee Fresher Job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
2. Reach out to the assigned leads over the phone promptly
3. Help them understand the product, answer their questions, and suggest how our product could help them
4. Follow up with all prospects promptly and close sales
5. Document all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
6. Achieve the given targets

Requirements:

1. 0 1 years of experience
2. Should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently
3. Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Curious and passionate, with a desire to excel in sales

Salary and Incentives:

1. During the first month of probation, the salary will be 20,000
2. Upon confirmation, the salary will increase to 25,000/month, with the potential for a bonus of up to 5000 if targets are exceeded
