About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Verify if the insurance of a patient is valid by visiting the insurance website and/or calling the insurance company.
2. Verify and capture the amount and services that the patient is eligible for including any limitations in the open dental software.
3. Answer any insurance-related queries by the onsite team.

The working hours are from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM night shift so that you can continue your studies.

1. Candidates with previous dental insurance and eligibility verification experience preferred.
