4. Assist in researching and connecting with local suppliers for project materials using Excel skills
5. Contribute to negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and professionals to maintain project budgets
6. Assist in managing property-related certificates and documentation to facilitate project execution
Qualifications:
1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
2. Have 0-1 year of experience in designing homes, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
3. Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, work management, and organizational skills
