Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for interior spaces
2. Create detailed 3D models and renderings using software such as 3ds Max and SketchUp
3. Develop floor plans, elevations, and material boards for clients' approval
4. Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, and finishes to enhance the overall design concept
5. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of designs
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into your designs
7. Present design concepts and proposals to clients in a professional and engaging manner
