Other requirements

1. Graduation or relevant diploma

2. Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an interior designer

3. Led and delivered a minimum of 2 to 4 residential modular KWS projects

4. Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentations, and AutoCAD

5. Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, mood board)

6. Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)

7. Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics and functionality, module planning)

8. Civil works and services (specifications and installation details)

9. Project expertise in creating BoQs for customers and coordinating with internal and external agencies

10. Sales expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, and leading design meetings with customers

11. Behavioral attributes of being result-oriented, teamwork, integrity and ethics, and crisp and meaningful communication

12. High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 2,80,000 /year
