Expertise and Qualifications:
1. Graduation/relevant diploma
2. Minimum experience of 1.5 years as an interior designer
3. Led and delivered a minimum of 2 to 4 residential modular KWS projects
4. Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD
5. Holds design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard)
6. Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)
7. Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
8. Civil works & services (specifications & installation details)
9. Holds project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies
10. Excellent creative thinking skills
11. Holds sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitches, driving and leading the design meetings with the customers
12. Holds behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication
13. Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, and ability to drive performance among independent team members
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,80,000 /year
